Regional centres
MANS is anti-corruption non-governmental organizations, with the central office in Podgorica and three regional offices in: Herceg Novi, Bijelo Polje and Bar, established with the support of USAID / ORT.
Areas of regional centers are:
1. Providing assistance to citizens of the region using legal mechanisms to fight corruption through free legal help, filing cases, the relevant institutions and providing feedback to citizens.
2. Publication of information about activities, procedures, civil rights and obligations of local governments in all municipalities of the regional center.
3. Monitoring of the implementation of anticorruption legislation at the local level through:
- Increasing transparency and monitoring of public procurement in local government through the collection of decisions to the highest bidder and analyzing the frequency of shopping method uage
- Monitoring the implementation of the Law on Prevention of conflicts of interest in all municipalities
