The election day started with a large number of irregularities at least at 30 polling stations in Podgorice, while at a certain number of polling stations conditions have been met for closing them even before their opening
The Municipal Election Commission did not send data on our observers to a series of polling stations so they are prohibited to access the polling station although they were duly accredited.
In addition, at a certain number of polling stations MANS observers have been prohibited to control preparation of the polling station and control of the election material. Representatives of the polling boards also prohibited our observers to carry out control and record irregularities in order to report them.
Also, observers have recorded that the election material at several polling stations in not in accordance with the law, which is a ground for closing those polling stations.
MANS teams have already reported that at some polling stations the record on the turnout is kept in front of the polling station. We will soon get photos that confirm these suspicions.
