Serious violation of the law at the polling station LC Krusevac – Electoral roll illegally altered!
At the polling place 14 LC Krusevac it happened drastic violation of the Law in which case was agreed that the electoral committee is immediately dismissed.
The electoral roll used for voting at the polling place no.14 LC Krusevac is different from the concluded electoral roll which represents drastic violation of the Article 83, Paragraph 1, of the Law on Election of the members of the Parliament and Deputies, and in the Article 83, Paragraph 2, is provided that the electoral committee is immediately dismissed and voting stopped at the polling station.
The differences in the electoral roll are observed in the case of the voter Sasa Vukicevic who is registered in the concluded electoral roll, and his information can be found in the online register as well, which is used by citizens to validate data the place where they should vote.
Still Vukicevic is not on the list which is used at the polling station, which means that the electoral roll used for voting is illegally altered.
