
MANS and NGO Our Action are organizing the second round of training for non-governmental organizations within the project “Empowering Community Voices: Advocating for Justice and Rule of Law”, funded by the European Union.
This training is the second of four planned trainings that will be organized in the coming months with the aim of strengthening the capacities of local organizations and activists for greater citizen involvement in decision-making processes, monitoring public policies, and advocating for a greater level of transparency and accountability of institutions.
The training topic will focus on free access to information (FOI) as one of the most important tools for:
Through practical examples and exercises, participants will have the opportunity to learn how to submit requests for free access to information, how to analyze information obtained from public authorities through the FOI law, and how to use it in civic initiatives, monitoring activities, and public campaigns.
Who can apply?

Priority will be given to registered local civil society organizations operating outside Podgorica and planning to use the acquired knowledge in working with citizens, local communities and institutions. Participation in the training is free of charge, and for participants coming from other cities, the organizer will cover transportation costs, in accordance with the project rules.
The second training will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, starting at 11:30 a.m. at the office of the NGO MANS in Podgorica (Dalmatinska Street 188) . The agenda will be sent to all registered participants. The number of places is limited.
